First CPA Exam
The State of New York Gave Its First Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination in 1896. It’s a first time to establish a board which conducts exams for Uniform Certified Public Accountant.



The U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is one of the world’s most recognized credentials, offering international candidates opportunities for career advancement, increased salary, and recognition as a North American accounting professional. Wiley offers a free service to international CPA students in assisting candidates with their U.S. CPA designation goal.

You should need to be a US Citizen to take a CPA Exam

  • Age


The candidate have a minimum age requirement 18 years old

  • Education


Candidate must have completed either a  bachelor’s degree or 120 college credit hours in order to be eligible

 

  • Work Experience

 


No states require you to have any work experience to take the exam.
